Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Takeoff collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Account details: name, work email, phone number, company name and, if you give them, commercial registration and VAT numbers.
• Drawings and job files: the files you upload and the quantity sheets we deliver.
• Messages: what you write in job threads and the contact form.
• Billing records: plans, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.

How we use it

• To measure and deliver your takeoffs.
• To send job updates, invoices and replies to your questions.
• To keep the service secure and working.

We do not sell your information or use your drawings for anything other than your jobs.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run Takeoff: hosting and file storage, email delivery and payment processing. Each one is bound to use your information only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

• Drawings: 30 days after delivery, unless you ask us to keep them.
• Quantity sheets and job records: while your account is open, so you can download them again.
• Invoices: as long as Saudi tax rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. Email hello@takeoffqty.com and we will respond within 30 days.
